A little exercise?

Over the next two days,  some of the toughest athletes will be taking part in the Master of the Cordillera extreme sport event, based in Jarabacoa, in the Cordillera Central mountain range.  The event consists of a 20-km mountain biking trek, a 2 kms canyon (down Baiguate River), a 10-km hike up to El Mogote and a 5 kms trek through open fields, 8 kms of rafting, 8 kms tubing, and a final 600-meter run. The winner of the event should take from 10-12 hours to complete the grueling requirements!  I'm exhausted just writing about it....
